Did some open face Missouri bison burgers (al la chopped steak) topped with mushroom gravy, with MAKd asparagus and Mexicorn on the side.
Poor photos, sorry.
Missed the plated shot, but here is all that was left over.
The bison burgers were about 1/2 frozen, so it was hard to get them just right without drying out the edges. All in all, very tasty, and we'll definitely do it again.
