I've heard of Wagyu beef, can't be around comps or BBQ forums very long these days and not hear about it. Was popping through a site last night and found this about Akaushi beef. It's another Japanese breed with similar marbling as Wagyu but Akaushi beef fat contains less cholesterol than turkey, chicken or fish??? Seems outlandish but these guys seem for real!
