First Dinner at the Vegas Comp out of two

Ok there wasn't a slice left. I guess it was ok.
Started MAK One Star #1 on 325 and did some steakhouse mushrooms with vidalia onions

Then I vacuum tumbled some tenderloins in espresso, and two balsamic glazes...one with whicky and one with garlic. Put on the MAK One Star 2 at 275 and cooked until internal was 130 the hit them for about a minute and a half a side on the 'nuker' the Hasty Bake Ranger.

Sliced it up..remember with large crowds do it presentation style the meat comes out better and you can monitor the portion control

Plated...the pic didnt come out good as the flash and the clear plate and the stainless background sort or ruined it but you get the drift!

A ton of people ate last night I think word is spreading...Always good to see my good pal Johnn Trigg!

that looks pretty good. the short ribs and those great little potatoes in sac were darn good. and we had home made ice cream too. ;)
