i wanted to make something that would make me sweat alittle.

no problem w/ this rub. it sneaks up on ya.

put it on thick.

onto #336 at 275º

time for secret stuff.

after secret stuff did its magic.

almost done.

it took 3 glasses of milk to eat 1/2 a rack. gooddddd......

Looks great bro. I love it when ribs are sweet at first taste but then the spice kicks in and burns.The hotter the better.

I use that stuff (sparingly) on eggs to wake them up... Those must have been 5 Alarm ribs!

i probably won't try that again. i paid for it dearly. old guy can't take spicy food anymore. i still eat it. when my wife isn't around. didn't say i was smart. just said i like spicy food.
