Unsolicited Plug For Big Poppa's Double Secret Steak Rub

Several weeks ago I had the pleasure of visiting Nepas. While I was there I mentioned that I wanted to order some of BP's DS Steak Rub. No sooner had the words left my mouth than Rick handed me a bottle/jar of the "good stuff". I finally got to try it tonight on a ribeye steak that I lightly marinated with some garlic-enhanced EVOO, and, of course, some Big Poppa's Double Secret Steak Rub. I cooked the steak on my MAK using grill grates to a beautiful medium rare. OMG! All I can say is if you haven't tried this, you need to, NOW! That rub is wonderful. I may have found my "go-to" beef seasoning. I can't wait to try it on a rib roast. Thanks BP for the great product. I will be ordering more.

I use it on steaks, hamburger, tri tip and veges. Really good stuff.

Just used it for the first time tonight on some NY strips. Reverse seared and they turned out great. Great flavor!

I just placed an order for some and LL w/ pepper.. and a new cajun injector.. make me hungry just thinking about it.

I put a bit on some breakfast sausage in the smoker and it tasted great. It's not just for steak, or even beef.
