Anyone get a chance to go to this event? I was fortunate enough to spend 3 days there May 20-22. Lots of great BBQ, music and the people were fantastic! Something about BBQ makes everyone happy. There were about 85 teams scheduled to compete from 22 countries. This year they adopted the KCBS rules but the teams seemed to have no problems adjusting. We were happy to see that there were 3 teams using the Memphis Product and they did quite well. Overall, 13th, 18th and 22nd.
