Dessert Anyone?

Spiced bananas with hot fudge and ice cream. It's a simple dessert idea, completely made on the smoker. Um, not the ice cream part, but ... yeah.


The ingredients:



Gentle roll bananas in butters and spices:



Slice the bananas and put on frog mat for about five minutes. Turn once:



Back in buttered spices for a minute just to soak up more goodness:



Now melt the chocolate in heavy cream:



Stir till smooth:



Serve and dig in. Yum!
