Hello all.
I am Mike and my wife is Vicki.
Without her I would still be smoking on my other smoker.
I (and I think Vicki also) am addicted to our Traeger.
We have tried almost everything, but agree that we have had the best success with all types of pork.
This week coming up we are planning on trying a 'Fatty' and a 17 lb. turkey along with the usuals; baby backs, stuffed pork loin, chops, etc.. We have tried beer butt turkey but didn't have a lot of success...We couldn't get the skin crispy enough. We're gonna try a different recipe this time.
I am looking forward to learning and hopefully passing along a bit of knowledge I have picked up through trial and error.
