That is great looking food! What temp did you cook at? The smoke ring on the brisket is really nice also. What kind of pellets were u using?
I am also in CT and would love some leftovers :)

Smoke for 3 hours, 200 for 1 hour and then up to 225 for the rest. Did 50-50 hickory and mesquite. A little leftover after tonight, may make shephard's pie with the rest tomorrow. Great weather this weekend in Connecticut for BBQ.
