ABSOLUTELY AWESOME

Had just the correct amount of sweet in the front with just a little burn in the back of the throat

any longer and it would of been ALL bones

Man those look good! It is fun to play with different rib formulas and techniques....

I did 3 racks this weekend and 4 pork shoulders. The bad part was that I did not save any for myself. My family helped with a charity event for a local dealer and I put my 9 year old daughter to work as well. She made 150 cookies on the pro. She had a blast and the cookies were a big hit. Gotta train them in while they are young...

Always great ideas on this site. I have a bottle of squeeze in the fridge and will put it use on my next ribs.
