Our Memorial Day Picnic

Small crowd here, Wife, me & the dog! Sure would have been fun to have this pellet smoker when the kids were in highschool & college, a lot of cookouts back then. Our daughter is in Chicago & the Son, wife, & grandson was packing in S.C. for their move to Las Vegas. I did up some marinated chicken, sweet potatoes, & grilled lettuce for the wife & I. Used Stubs chicken marinade & grilled the lettuce on my Weber Q100. It was pretty tastey, chicken was just right.
