I stole this idea from Rip....It's a good one

Heat the grill to about 450

Slice the tenderloin, tomato, sweet onion (I used Vidallia)

then smear with the condiments of choice..I made this spicy! Wasabi Mustard and then some horseradish...in case you wonder if I cook this stuff I put a little personalization before spreading the horseradish

Layer the onion and tomato

then pile the beef on and the cheese

then carefully put the heated grill grate on top of the sandwich...I picked a roasted garlic gread that was round on top....duh..place a weight on the grill grate and cook until melted

and the money shot

I really like this method. Great Idea Rip & BP.

Looks like I need to get a set of grill grates on my next BPS order!

Getting close to lunchtime at work on a Saturday, should have skipped over this post! Killer looking sandwich there!

Great looking sandwich BP! We've played with this idea several times...too much weight on the wrong bread can create a corduroy effect... :)

yeah and I used the griddle again and would do it over grill grates instead on both sides....I cooked them for the guy who started Outback, roys and flemmings, leroy selmons and bonefish grill....I have the balls to cook for him I must be stupid He loved it! H
