Membranes pulled and some trimage.

All rubbed down and now clear wrap overnight. MAK tomorrow

Nice job on the trimage. Just the way I like em.
I have one baby back rack, four chicken breasts and a BP onion on right now.

I really need to brush up on my rib Q'ing cuz these dont look like they turned out so good.

For the last 15 mins.

Ready to wrap for a spell in the oven to stay warm. Feeding the neighbors again.
