Chicken leg lunch

Lately have been making chicken legs and eating them for lunch with a quick reheat in the microwave I have in my truck.These I used the cowtown rub and sauce. Little louies with pepper is another good rub choice I use too. The Sauce can be anything. Use a chicken leg rack cooked at 390 for 40 min then dipped and cooked another 10. I pull the skin down when putting on the rub and sauce. No surprise It is easy if I do it.
