wife and kids take summer school at nights. now were all up to speed. found a Ft and decided to make myself some dinner. did i tell ya i am on holiday.
Disclaimer: there were no veges harmed in this thread. just meat and liquid beverages.
guess what i found? oh ya. some squirt and LL w/P rubs.

after a few hours. look at that color. simple marvelous darling....
wife walked in after work and handed me this, gave me a kiss and goodbye. she's off to school. what a good wife. giving liquor to her husband. yippy.
ribs done. nice. i love cooking when you don't use foil. more liquid time.
oh no. were empty. i can fix that.
my butcher cuts up new yorks into 2 or 3 little steaks (like breakfast steaks). i love um. welp, must be time for some DDSR.
turned grill up to only 325º. put my grill grates on.
who says my mak can't grill. hog wash. and thats only at 325º.
