Getting the meats ready for the smokeout.

Brisktes and butts i will put in the fridge so they thaw by monday.

Assorted sausages and bologna i will take out on thursday. Homemade brats, elk, venison brats, sticks, keeebasa.

dude, thats alot of food. i sure wish i was coming. next year i am driving out there w/ a one star in the back of my truck.
