I want to make a ton of cobblers this summer...need your recipe!

Its summer! Yahoo! BLink and it will be fall...I want to get a collection of different cobbler recipes here for all of us to enjoy this summer....Who wants to be first, Rip?

Haha, mine's pretty simple! Cabelas cobbler mix. Pre-heat smoker to 325. Spray Dutch oven with Pam. Add mix per directions. Add your choice of fruit, ours is peaches and blueberries. Bake (no lid) until golden brown. I'm looking forward to seeing some scratch recipe's on this thread.
