Pepperoni ABT's

I was looking for something a little different to do with poppers then I remembered that sandwich pepperoni I made week before last.

I cut up some of it into some pepperoni sticks...


While my daughter cut up some Jalapenos & Sweet Red Bell peppers and the wife mixed up some Extra Sharp Cheddar/cream cheese filling.


Wrapped each in a little bacon blanket and put on the smoker to get cozy with some cherry wood pellet smoke.


They were really good! A very nice change. We'll do these again for sure!

Those look great, nice changeup with the pepperoni.

That is a real good looking (and I'll bet tasting) batch of ABT's. To this day I have not made any ABT's. That may have to change.
