Ok SO Im backing down a little on the friday dinners...getting a little out of hand and distracting from the main objective...winning

It was Prime New Yorks and Rib Eyes....Annies garlic Evoo...and the prototype Big Poppa Brisket Rub Smoked on the MAK One Star until 115 then seared them on the trusty Hasty Bake Ranger

would that hasty bake ranger work if your just cooking for 2 ppl. if you need someone to help test your brisket rub send some my way. you have the address already.

yes it is a little tricky raising and lowering it because it is a funky chain but it has a removable deflector plate I can fit three or four tri tips on it....
