Smoked Buffalo/Starnes Chicken Dip

3 pkgs reduced fat cream cheese, softened
1 cup of Ranch w/ bacon salad dressing
3/4 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
1/4 cup Starne's BBQ sauce (sub your favorite vinegar based BBQ sauce and/or hot sauce)
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
2ish cups of smoked shredded chicken (rotisserie from the grocery will work too)

Stir it all together in a 9x13 pan and into the smoker at 350 for 25-30 mins, until it gets hot and bubbly. Works great on a grill or in the oven too!

I usually transfer to a small crock pot for serving.

I tweaked a recipe that I got from Nepas. His used blue cheese crumbles and Frank's hot sauce.

I had a few vetoes on the blue cheese, so I subbed the Buffalo Wing Sauce (which has a bit of blue cheese in it ;)) and added the Starne's to bring the heat up.

That is a great dip idea, both yours and NEPAS version sound pretty dang tasty, thanks for sharing.
