Just a little Strube Ranch Texas Wagyu Mishima Sirloin with Little Louies Mushrooms

For the third of July Tia at Strube sent me a Mishima Strube Wagyu Sirloin. Mishima is the hioghewst grade. I find that with Wagyu cuts that I wouldnt normally go for are really good. Here is just a basic you know the drill big poppa beef cook...season it right and get out of the way and hang with the family. The Pellet Cooker is my friend:

Used some Annies EVoo Garlic cologne..sprinked with double secret and little louies with pepper glitter

After a nice time in the sauna.....265 in the sauna
separate and get ready for the stampede
