I'm the only one at home who eats pulled pork so there's lots of leftovers. I don't like it much from the freezer as it changes texture and bite so coming up with leftover ideas is important for me.
We all know what the smoked pork, internal temperature of approximately 200°, looks like.
Here are some uses I've made of the leftovers.
The traditional sandwich, of course.
Pulled pork pizza
Pulled pork in California roll sushi (center front)
Pulled pork in puffed pastry
Mini sweet peppers stuffed with pulled pork and mozzarella cheese (back row of the appetizers)
Pulled pork with pasta
Pulled pork pot pie (posted in food contest thread earlier today)
I'd love to get some more ideas from everyone.
