inlaw ribs

i read BP's solution for not going to the inlaws. liked it. i wanted to see if it would work for me. wife and kids were going down south to the bay area for a family reunion. i was suppose to go but came up w/ a idea. dear, how about if i cook some ribs for the inlaws and i will stay home w/ the dogs. she said okie dokie. yes, thanks BP.
