Lobster Tails Wednesday!

I've been thinking about trying lobster tails. What flavor pellet did you use, and what temp/how long did you smoke?

Lookin good Dano. I've done Alaskan king crab on my General and smoked the butter to dip it in. Was awesome.

Do you know Chris Juencke? He's a MAK owner who also lives in Stockton.

No I don't know chris but I would like to meet other smoker fans! Maybe shoot his an email and see if he wants to meet? I live in Weston Ranch Complex.

Sorry, I was a little busy. The temp was 350 degrees, Time was about 10-15mins per side, I was looking more for the doneness than an actual time frame. I started with the shell down then flipped, I was using my Grill Grates to give the sizzle effect.
