I actually over cooked them for the female critic living at home :) she did say how delicious they were just less done. Next round I guess, live and learn the grill.

Looks good, it's tough getting a good sear on tuna, need a really hot fire. I prefer my Ahi raw with a little wasabi and soy sauce and a nice Saki chaser...........
