Smoke On Wheels + Desert Gold + Shrimp = Pure Goodness
this was friday afternoon and my son and vege girl are coming over to swim w/ the fam and have a little Q.
i cleaned the costco shrimp, rinsed, into ziploc and threw in a good portion of SOW. shaky, shaky and into frig for 3 or 4 hours.
a little SOW goodness going on here.
where's the dang monkey. its his job to skewer the shrimp and put a coating of Desert Gold on. hard to fine good help now a days.
i like this picture. 7 skewers of fresh shrimp on the grill grates @ 450º. simply marvelous darling.
note to self: do not touch ends of sticks w/ out darth vader gloves. very hot.

and WAA LAA meal fit for a king. it was a great meal for vege girl (made my son very happy that she was happy) and i like it too.
