a light dusting of soileau's and then the star. LL w/P. this is a winning combo.

sparky2: my god, those are excellent ribs sparky!! sparky1: why thank you, i do try hard. sparky2: you must be a genius. sparky1: i think so to. lol. my wife says i talk to myself. no i don't, it's the voices.....lol.

Haha, ok Sparky, sorry, I missed this post....As usual, your ribs are fantastic! I need to get some Soileau's. Haven't tried spritzing yet, still working on the no peek method prior to FL. :)

LOL!!!!! I Missed this post too, but then again I was barely home this past weekend and now feel like I catching up with missed posts.

I will say this, I need to try the butter & brown sugar next time I do ribs. Since it's become part of your signature rib recipe it's got to be good.

Those are some great looking ribs! How long did you put the ribs on @ 275? Did you keep at that temp for the entire cook? Thanks...
