Used my A-Maze-N Pellet smoker to cold smoke some cheese inside my MC PR36

3 hours of smoke and the cheese comes out. Nice color.

I just smoked about 12 pounds of cheese that we bought at the Ashe County Cheese Factory. I can't wait to try the Habanero Cheddar and Chipotle Cheddar. I even smoked some Bacon cheddar. All should be good. Now the wait begins.

Now that's new! I've seen the a-maze-n sawdust smokers but the pellet version is new. That would be a lot easier than maintaining a small fire/smoke combo for cold smoking.

ya, why let sit for months? i would want some alot sooner that that. it looks great. citrus heights, ca 95610. send some out here buddy. you probably don't want to take it all to savannah.
