I must give credit to where credit is due and state up front that CarterQ posted this recipe. Who doesn't love a nice cobbler with a side of Ice Cream? CarterQ made it look so easy and scrumptious that I just needed to give this a shot myself.
Baked around 45 minutes at 400ºF until top got lightly browned.
Let it rest for 15 minutes.
The money $shot ... A portion of Blueberry Cobbler served with a scoop of Cookies and Cream Ice Cream ... It doesn't get any better than this! I do need to perfect the Crumble. I did not use chilled butter and it shows. Practice will make perfect ...
