Some Southern Comfort on the Memphis Pro

I make this often, just use different greens and different sausage recipes for the filling. The options are endless. lol

I mix up some pork sausage..
This time I used turnip greens....washed and removed the thick stems.

added chicken stock to the skillet..

into the Memphis Pro.. with some mac and cheese.
I covered both with foil for the first 30 minutes.

added some bacon biscuits...
I brought the sausage rolls up to an internal temp of 145F..

topped the rolls with a hot bacon dressing...

These are easy to make and the fillings are endless. :)

That does look good! I like the hot bacon dressing idea. I love to use this to make a wilted lettuce salad.

Ooh I love hot bacon dressing, I love sausage and Turnip greens happen to be my favorite type of green. Did you make those just to tease me? :p They look scrumptious Jeanie.

another great meal. ya know jeanie. if you move to california i will kick my daughter out. you can have her room. :)
