Pulled Pork Pie on the Pro

I have made these in the past.. just one more way to use pulled pork (if you have any extra lol )

I layer a cast iron skillet with sliced potatoes, then sprinkle them with Big Poppa's Desert Gold.

fill with pulled pork and minced onions...and sprinkled with more of the Desert Gold.

drizzled with Boot Kickin Q sauce...

topped with shredded provolone...

and a bacon latice...

sprinkled with more of Big Poppa's Desert Gold and into the Memphis Pro at 325F

It took about 1 to 1 1/2 hours to get the bacon crisp like I like it... I could also hear the pie sizzling and could see the provolone bubbling. (real technical way to see if the pie is ready to eat. lol )

very cool. :) i am going to make me some of that next weekend. looks real easy to make and very tastey from my screen.
