Minorcan Datil Pepper Hot Sauce

Has anyone tried the Minorcan Datil Pepper Hot Sauce from St. Augustine, FL?

I had a bottle I picked up a while back and decided it was time to try it out. I used 1/3 cup of hot sauce with an equal amount of water to create a marinade for three pounds of shrimp I was preparing for an SEC Football Kick-off Party last Sunday. The sauce has some real bite to it, but I felt that I neede to cut it down a bit. It was just right. However, I did serve some full strength hot sauce with the smoked, plated shrimp.

After tasting the sauce, I decided that this would be a really good sauce for some ribs. I will have to get some more in order to do any ribs, however. It also comes in an "Extra Hot" version. Not too sure about that. Sparky would probably love it.

After I get some more, I will post the results.
