Pellet Shrimp Kebobs

I have wanted to try this and it turned out great. I bought a pound of 20-25 count shrimp and brushed them with Annies garlic infused EVOO, I dusted with Old Bay Seasoning and cooked at 300 for 10 minutes per side.... Served it over some Asian seasoned rice... This is a fast and easy cook with results that will knock your socks off. It's a very nice change up.

Looks great, pretty hard to beat shrimp on skewer, I like your idea of using Old Bay seasoning. Another great way is to marinade them in some Caesar dressing, grill them, and toss with Parmesan (BP has a video on this).
