My small town had a rib cook off today. I wanted to enter but missed the deadline. Wandered through with my family (no pellet grills!), and after tasting my son said "Your ribs ares much better dad! Can we have ribs tonight?" So that gave me permission to try ribs again, 3 ways as usual. Still trying to find what I like best.
