Reverse seared porterhouse

I didn't have much time to cook today so we had reverse seared porter house steaks, cheesy bacon potatoes with sour cream and garlic bread.



The wife's steak had a dusting of lowerys season salt and black pepper. Mine had LL garlic seasoned salt with black pepper.

Cooking steaks on the MAK has a flavor you just can't get cooking on anything else.



The garlic bread is almost ready to come off!



Dinner time! Ding ding ding ding!!
