The players. (2 boxes muffin mix, 1 can of corn, chopped HurryCane pepper tops, eggbeaters equaling 2 eggs, 2/3rds cup of milk, chopped ham steak, couple glugs of Cajun Power and a small handful of mozz cheese)

(cranked the MAK to 400° to preheat the pan while I was chopping/mixing all that up)


Swish a little Crisco in the hot pan and dump it in.

Looks good even though it fell apart. Looks like it didn''t have enough liquid.

I have an awesome corn bread recipe if you want it. It involves a little advance planning but it's worth it.

grab some salsa and be happy. that looks real good to me. your a h#!! cook squirt. it looks good. like the old pan. :)

Good looking cornbread, even falling apart it looks better than most, gotta try cornbread on the MAK.
