Or will be as soon as I can figure out how to use my brand new Traeger pellet smoker... I just got it, and am wading through the owners manual. I'm sure that you will all be a wealth of infomation for me.
Welcome aboard, once you get the hang of it you'll find the hardest thing about using your Traeger is deciding what to cook. There is a great group here so don't be bashful about asking questions.

I started on a Brinkman Double stack Electric smoker about 3 years ago, and have learned how to do a mean rack of ribs, brisket, turkey breast, pulled pork, sausage, and I'm sure i'm forgetting something. I got a BBQ075 for my Christmas present this year, and am eagerly awaiting my first smoke on it. Running low on pulled pork so that will probably be first..
