First cook on the MAK: Reverse-Sear Ribeyes, Pancetta-Wrapped Asparagus

So, I figured I'd start off easy. Did some steaks with the reverse-sear, which I have fantasized about ever since I saw BP's early video on it. Then, I did some yummy asparagus with pancetta, which I stole from Mario Batali.

We loved it all! Jen says that was the best steak she has ever had in her life! Thanks for making those cooking videos, BP! Thanks for bringing us BP Smokers! Never would have known about any of this pellet smoking stuff without you! Again, thanks!

Well, that is one fine way to "step into the world of pellet cooking". Looks really good. I like the asparagus wrapped in pancetta.
