Pellet Grill Hauler/Lift

I want someone to design a platform with a crank or battery operated lift that will rest on your receiver hitch. You would simply wheel the grill to the back of your truck at ground level, and secure it with heavy duty ratchet straps.

The straps would be secured on a frame that would have three sides. Then the whole platform would raise up either by manual crank or a battery pack to clear any road hazards.
What do you think? Something similar to the wheel chair lifts.

I made one from a motorcycle hauler.I looked into the wheelchair lifts but price was a issue. There has to be a way to do what you/we need. My method is limited to a certain lift height and really needs to be higher. Since I made that video I found it easier to put the tube in the hitch and slide the grill over instead of how the video shows putting the tube in the grill and then lining it up with the hitch
