Lasagna

Jimsbarbeque's post about pre-made or frozen foods made me think of lasagna. Mine's homemade but I bet smoking would add a lot of flavor to frozen lasagna...

Smoked on the Pro at 225 for about 25 minutes then raised the heat to 325, cooked until hot and bubbly...

Awesome. Next time toast that bread in the Pro as well. Throw a little toasted garlic on it, top with a little parmesean and viola!
