Prosciutto- and Bacon-Wrapped Pork Loin

Here's a late lunch consisting of some dinner leftovers made for me by Da Bebe.

Pork tenderloin wrapped with bacon and prosciutto. She rubbed the pork tenderloins with some Yardbird, oil, herbs, and a few other things. Wrapped with prosciutto and bacon. Tied it up with twine. Here's what it looks like in front of me at work today.



Here's what it looked like a couple of nights ago when she cooked it. Yum!
