ribs for friends

well, yesterday i got home early and wanted some ribs. some of my friends wanted some too. so, away we go.

got some beef ribs and some bb backs. the bb backs got my usual stuff on.



onto #336 @275º.

a little foil love for the other one. i just love the melting butter. its my favorite part.





the dino bones are done.

the foiled ones are for me. no picture of me. its not pretty when i eat ribs.

yes i did. i am not wasting my soileau's on the dogs. i am down to my last bottle. glad i ordered another case last week. heh, squirt. i told the soileau's lady that it was you (i said pat) who turned me on to the stuff. she says, "i don't know any pat but squirtthecat is our best spokesman." i told her the your name was pat. lol. it was funny.
