My butcher gave me a roll of tenderloin that was starting to age. What should I so with it? It's already been frozen once and is now thawed out again. Make bacon wrapped filets and refreeze? Cut up for stew meat and refreeze?
Dont re freeze...Have another rangers party ...seriously I am not a fan or refreezing meat especially one that has started the aging process.....carmelize them and serve! hahahaha
Guess I'll just make some bacon wrapped filets and put them back in the freezer. I hate to refreeze meat as well, but it seems that I don't have an option.
