Winging it, MAK style

I'm just going to Wing it!

I picked up a few wings:

128 to be exact, that pic is 84 of them. I put the rest in the freezer.

Onto the MAK @425F with BBQ delight Oak:

They look a heck of a lot better than the ones I had to buy and bring home for dinner tonight. I'll bet they tasted better, too. No time to cook tonight. The next time I do some wings, I am going to get some fresh wings from the chicken processing plant. The last time I bought two pounds, I got six wings! Boy, were they meaty, and really good off the MAK! That is my kind of wing.

I kinda made a math error at the store today, I came home with 17.5 lbs of wings.

I then realized that I was counting the whole wings as one instead of two. That is how I ended up with 128 wings for 6 people. 44 of them are in the freezer...

those look good bent. did you put any seasoning on before you started cooking or just the sauce at the end? yummy wings are good. :)
