Night before I put about a 1/4 to 1/2 layer of light brown sugar, sprinkled some soy sauce to moisten the top of the brown sugar, then about the same amount of water ( to cut the soy sauce strength. Personal prefrence) covered for a minimum of 12 hours put on the GM for 12 min.

then there was the baked potato, candied carrots, Brookville style coleslaw,

Whoo that looks great! I got plans to do some fish in the near future myself. I hope mine turns out half as good as yours looks.
