Spares vs Baby Backs

I have always cooked Baby Backs, but after talking with a guy from work who has mastered spares on his Traeger, I decided to give spares a try with his go to rub and recipe. I have to admit, I am sold.

First, the rub and glue:

I trimmed them St Louis Style thanks to TedHunter;)

Put on with the excess parts:

They came out fantastic:

Great stuff, and the snacks from the excess parts were fabulous (translation, the kids loved them).

Another great weekend! :cool::cool::cool:
