(I need to work on my 'indoor' pictures with this new camera)

Wandered around the store today and grabbed a few things at random. (plus some old standbys)

Make a loaf.

Stuff the peppers tight. Had some left over, so I made a few 'cupcakes'. If they survive, they'll make for a good meatloaf slider sammich tomorrow night..

Added a big ole Idaho baker. Washed, stuck, slathered in EVOO and caked with some smoked kosher salt.

Into the MAK at 350° for an hour or so.

Peppers are done.

Potato finished about 15 minutes later. Split and laid on some goodies.

No, I buy those pans at a little grocery store near us. I should get some more. They work great for shrimp, french fries, new potatoes, etc.

Looks great Squirt! So, is ease of transport the main reason for the holed pan or are there cooking benefits beyond just throwing the food on the frogmats?
