Finishing off the chicken with Cobbler

Decided to finish the night off with Cobbler. Used Carter's cobbler recipe, but used raspberries.









I have tried this recipe with both blueberries and raspberries now. I think I prefer the blueberries as the raspberries were very tart. Wife likes the raspberries better. Makes the decision a little more difficult next time

Looks great ! I love raspberries but always mix them with something else. Try mixing with blueberries - it's a killer combo.

I will have to try that combo. The raspberry/peach combo (Peach Melba) is my fave.
