well, i found these massive rib eyes. i got this....
turned on #63 to high and let her rip.
experiment time again (i was bored). i threw down my mak 2 star searing grate and my grill grates down on let them get hot.
look at the size of those. got to love costco.
that suckers thick.
put double secret steak rub on one and some john henry's raspberry chipotle on the other one. bent says it tasted good on steak. well see.
threw down on some hot grates. love the noise they make.
both grates made good grill marks on the steaks. oh, ya. juicy.
daughter made some scrambled eggs. yummy. added a little soileau's on my eggs and some desert gold on my steak.
now there's a good meal.
