the coffee rib i loved. i really loved it. the flavor of the coffee rub w/ the sauce. oh man. nice. i liked the salt lick clone rib alot. it wasn't saltly at all. the makers mark sauce was ok. the coffee sauce would have been good on that rib too. all in all. i like my new rub. sparkys salt lick clone rub. wonder how it will do on a pork butt.

Java Lava...I like the flavor concept! How can you go wrong with products from The Pepper Pilot? Thanks for the report Sparky!

Sparky,
You have a vivid imagination when it comes to preparing ribs. Keep up the good work. You always prepare a feast for the eyes. (Especially since I can't smell or taste them).
